How We Work

At Kamis Imprinted Products we use a consultative style to work with our clients.

Even long term clients who know they need custom imprinted pens will have a lengthy discussion with us about the quality of the pen, when and where the pen will be given out, who the pen will be given to, and they'll be questioned about whether they’re ready to tie their eco-friendly values into this promotional giveaway.

We naturally want to know what amount of money has been earmarked for the project as well as deadlines, and other information. Then we begin our search for the perfect item.

We keep our clients informed every step of the way so you know how the search for the perfect promotional product is progressing.

When we believe we have found the right item we'll e-mail a photo and written description so you can evaluate the item.

Bruce has more than 20 years of advertising experience with Philadelphia Magazine (one of the country's largest regional monthly magazines) and before we move forward everything is double and triple checked prior to final production. If it's not going to look good with the custom imprint then we’re going to let you know. We also double and triple check the copy to catch the smallest typo and to verify it makes sense.

Typically everything is shipped direct to your site saving you the extra cost and inconvenience of having us receive it and then having to send it on to you.

We check in with you to make sure you’re completely thrilled with the final product and then we'll check in with you again to see how the promotional product was received by the intended recipients. We want to make sure those you gave the items to had the reaction you wanted.
